Shipping policy

Order Processing

All items are made to order just for you. Because of this, orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship. Production time may be slightly longer during peak seasons and holidays.


Shipping Time

After production is complete, shipping usually takes:

  • U.S. orders: 2–5 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Ordering for an Event

If you’re ordering for a party, trip, shower, or special event, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event date to allow for production and shipping time.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit.


Multiple Items / Multiple Packages

Some items may be produced at different facilities. If you order multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages. You will receive tracking for each shipment.


Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated window, delays can occur due to:

  • carrier issues

  • weather

  • high seasonal volume

  • customs processing (international)

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we will always help you track your package.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot always be replaced or refunded.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
